How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the transaction and choose the refund option, or contact Paddle support from that page.
- Alternatively, contact us via the in-app support link and we will assist you.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens after a refund
When a full refund is approved, your Pro entitlement is automatically revoked and your account returns to the free tier. Your timers, folders, and other content remain intact.
